My goalHelena-Mantese-Baby-Doula is to provide you with non-judgmental support after your baby’s birth. My role is to empower you as a competent, inspired and capable mother by helping you and your baby to adjust to your new life together. With over 15 years of Doula and Child Care experience, I know can I help make your transition into parenthood calmer, easier and more joyful.
